Project Management & Business Analysis

This training looks at the intermediate practical areas of Project Management and Business Analysis. There are various entry roles in this field; Project Management Officer, Project Support Officer, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Business Analyst and other management positions. This training will prepare you to take up any of these roles.

It is a two weekend, 4 full days (Saturday and Sunday) training, which involves you being placed on a live project as part of a team.

This training is beyond just PRINCE 2 or PMP; it looks at what is practically applicable in the work place and how you can apply the theory you have learnt to the practical environment. It is not only what you learn in the classroom but what you do practically that counts towards your experience.

Work experience will be between our United Kingdom based team and those in Nigeria and Ghana. Most projects will be from clients in the United Kingdom

This course is suitable for new project managers/support officers with little or no project management knowledge who would like to adopt a more structured approach to project management and to gain practical work experience.

The set up will see Delegates attend a 4 Days Training Sessions over 2 weekends. Almond Careers will provide all the Tools and Templates used in the project environment. Duration will be from 12noon to 6pm
