Business Analysis

Our Business Analysis training focuses on requirements gathering, prioritisation and process mapping. Learn Business Analysis by training as an analyst in one of our software projects. We’ll give you a thorough grounding in the roles, activities and work products of BA using the Scrum framework. You will be learning processes like, writing use cases, user journeys, product backlogs, sprint backlogs etc, while demonstrating how traditional BA skills of effective communication; analytical thinking, good documentation and sheer common sense are vital to the Scrum effort.
